Ranch home gets a complete remodel
After remodeling was complete, this home was put on Zillow with a sale by owner, and sold in 48 hours! The owner of this house lived out of state and needed a designer/remodel assistant to oversee design and construction. We communicated remotely using a 3D program to complete the design, construction, and all material selections. This home was completely gutted, with all new hvac, plumbing, electrical, and drywall to replace old paneling. The floor plan was originally a 4 bedroom that was converted into a 3 bedroom with a master suite that included a redesigned master bath and oversized walk in closet.
All cabinets were custom made by Goose Creek Cabinets in Jessup, Georgia.
